Grief touches us all - it’s part of life and love.

But in a world that hurries healing and urges us to move on, it can feel like you're grieving alone, or it feels like you’re doing it wrong or missing a “stage”.

Here, there’s no timeline. No right way. No need to rush.

This is a place to slow down, feel what’s true, and begin to carry your loss with care - not judgment.

I can help you find a way forward so you can grieve fully and live fully

It’s okay to ask for help

Welcome. I’m sorry you have reason to be here, but I am grateful our paths have crossed.

Grief touches us all and yet we are most often unprepared for its impact on our lives.

Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one or grieving a life that has shifted course, you don’t have to walk this path alone.

My approach is grounded in both professional training and personal experience. Becoming a grief coach is my way of honoring those I’ve loved and lost. It’s my way of saying: their stories matter. Yours does too.

Love and grief are forever intertwined. Neither ever truly leaves us.

I offer the kind of support I wish I’d had after my mother died when I was 10 years old.

Here, there’s no expectation to "move on" or fit grief into stages.

The goal is not to fix your grief.

Instead, grief is honored, witnessed, and met with care.

Each session is client-led, compassionate, and a safe place for difficult emotions.

I invite you to connect with me - let’s get started.
